However, the Prius family has grown rapidly in recent years, and now spans four different models and three different body styles, offering up new opportunities for drivers interested in unbeatable fuel economy and Toyota reliability. Prius

2017 Toyota Prius

The Toyota Prius is a mid-sized hybrid hatchback, and the most efficient plug-less vehicle in the country, bar none. It has the widest range of trim packages, so drivers will have more control over the exact list of features they can add to the vehicle. It was also named the “Best Hybrid Car for the Money” by U.S. News & World Report in 2017.

Prius Prime

2017 Toyota Prius Prime

The Prius Prime is the plug-in hybrid edition of the Prius. Though the exterior dimensions are roughly the same, the styling is slightly different - see the grille, for instance - and the battery pack causes the Prius Prime to lose some interior space. However, the Prius Prime is capable of running solely off of electric power.

Prius c

It’s small turning circle and short front and rear end make it a perfect fit for tight parking spaces, and it comes standard with automatic emergency braking. The Prius c is the most affordable Prius model.

Prius v

2017 Toyota Prius v

The Toyota Prius v is a hybrid wagon and the most spacious of the different Prius editions. The ‘v’ stands for versatile, referencing the excellent cargo space and flexible seating configurations. There’s plenty of headroom, legroom, and storage spaces in the cabin.
