Trim Levels (Exterior)
The 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser comes in two trims: the Land Cruiser 1958 and the Land Cruiser. The Land Cruiser 1958 honors its heritage with round bi-beam LED headlights and circular LED daytime running lights mirroring the original model. The Land Cruiser offers a modern approach with slim LED headlights and a different grille design.
Both trims share a rugged profile with squared wheel arches protected by plastic moldings and a vertical D-pillar with a distinct step-up window line. At 196.4 inches long, 77.9 inches wide (83.2 with mirrors), and 76.1 inches tall with a 112.2-inch wheelbase and 8.3 inches of ground clearance, it stands ready for action. It also has sturdy black unpainted door mirrors.
Engine (Power)
The Land Cruiser has Toyota's i-FORCE MAX 2.4-liter turbocharged hybrid powerplant. It generates 326 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 465 pound-feet of torque at just 1,700 rpm.
An eight-speed automatic transmission works together with this hybrid system. The duo balances gas engine and electric motor, giving you quick response for passing while saving fuel during everyday drives.
Performance
The Land Cruiser has a full-time four-wheel-drive system with electronic hi-lo gear selection and locking differentials (both center and rear). The Multi-Terrain Select with Crawl Control manages traction and braking so you can concentrate on steering.
Off-road specs include 31-degree approach angles, 22-degree departure angles, and 8.7 inches of ground clearance. The Land Cruiser adds a stabilizer disconnect mechanism. A tight 40-foot turning circle helps navigate both crowded parking lots and narrow trails.
On pavement, it gets to 60 mph in 7.7 seconds. You can switch between Sport, Eco, and Normal drive modes as needed, and it has a towing capacity of 6,000 pounds.
Interior
The Land Cruiser 1958 includes an 8-inch touchscreen, while the Land Cruiser offers a 12.3-inch display. Both feature wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration. The Land Cruiser also adds a premium 14-speaker JBL sound system.
Comfort comes standard with heated front seats and a heated steering wheel on all models. The Land Cruiser adds ventilated front seats, three-zone climate control, and durable leather seats. It has 46.2 cubic feet behind the second row and 82.1 cubic feet with the seats folded.
Safety Features
Every Land Cruiser comes with Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, which features a pre-collision system to help avoid accidents, lane departure alert to keep you between the lines, and dynamic radar cruise control for easier highway driving. Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are also included.
The 2025 Land Cruiser features front and rear dash cameras with built-in memory. The Multi-Terrain Monitor gives you a clear view of what's around (and under) your vehicle when navigating tricky terrain. The Land Cruiser model includes Advanced Drive support that works in stop-and-go traffic up to 25 mph.
