Learn about Toyota Service Care ?Frequently asked questions
Does a 2026 Toyota still receive 2 years / 25,000 miles of ToyotaCare if purchased in 2027?
Generally yes for an eligible new 2026-model-year vehicle. The applicable model year and vehicle-specific ToyotaCare terms determine benefits; the calendar year of purchase alone does not convert a 2026 Toyota to 2027 terms.
What changes for standard 2027 ToyotaCare?
The standard no-cost maintenance term changes to 1 year or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first, compared with 2 years or 25,000 miles for most 2026 and earlier vehicles. Standard roadside assistance continues for 2 years with unlimited miles.
Are oil changes included at every 5,000-mile service?
No. Oil and filter changes are included only when required by your vehicle's factory maintenance schedule and within the plan's coverage limits. Many Toyota models have different oil-change and tire-rotation intervals.
Is every Toyota model covered exactly the same way?
No. Certain Toyota models—including Mirai, some battery-electric vehicles, GR performance vehicles and other specialty models—can have different maintenance intervals or roadside provisions. Confirm using your vehicle's VIN and Warranty & Maintenance Guide.
Do I have to return to the dealership where I bought my Toyota?
No. Eligible ToyotaCare maintenance can generally be redeemed at participating Toyota dealerships. You can choose Seeger Toyota's service team in St. Louis.
Does ToyotaCare cover all repairs, brakes, and tires?
No. ToyotaCare is a normal factory-scheduled maintenance plan, not an all-repairs warranty or blanket wear-item replacement program. Repairs, extra services and wear items are subject to separate coverage or charges.
How do I verify my ToyotaCare coverage?
