It can tow up to 6,500 pounds, enough to pull most mid-sized trailers. You can haul up to 1,705 pounds, as well. Best of all, the off-road models are already equipped with the hardware you’ll need to go practically anywhere.

Technology

The Tacoma’s interior makeover for 2024 included some significant changes to the line’s technology features. The base model’s standard 4-speaker sound system comes with a free 3-month SiriusXM trial subscription, and an 8-inch multimedia touchscreen display anchors the infotainment system. A huge 14-inch touchscreen is standard on higher trim levels and beautifully displays maps and exterior camera views.

Wireless compatibility with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is standard on all models, allowing you to remain connected, stream your favorite content, and use your phone maps while on the road.
