The Moonlight Ramble also includes a street fair with food trucks, vendors, and live entertainment. The Moonlight Ramble opens at 7 p.m. and the ride starts at 10 p.m., followed by live music and an after-party. It's all happening at The Grove in St. Louis, 4512 Manchester Avenue.
